I guide heart-led women devoted to social and planetary impact through committed journeys of soul initiation using sandplay & somatics.
In the face of accelerating uncertainty, ecological unraveling and cultural transition, the psyche is called to reorganise. Not through force or strategy, but through the alchemy of symbol, sensation and deep listening.
Sandplay offers a vessel for transformation where individual initation becomes an act of collective service. As a woman enters into conscious relationship with her own unconscious patterns, inherited adaptations and soul impulses, something larger begins to shift. Personal alchemy supports collective unraveling. Loosening old structures, releasing outdated ways of being and making space for new forms of sovereignty to emerge.
Sandplay is a sacred, imaginal and embodied process that allows the soul to speak through symbol, myth, sensation and pattern. Within the sand, what has been fragmented finds form, what has been silenced finds voice and what is emerging is given shape.
This work cultivates embodied sovereignty: the capacity to stand rooted in one’s inner authority, guided by soul rather than urgency, fear or external demand. From this place, action arises in service of humanity and the living Earth. Not as reaction, but as response.
Individual initiation is not separate from collective change. It is the birthplace.

Soulchemy is my magnum opus offering: a year-long personal enquiry into embodied soul initiation through Sandplay & Somatics. Held across five immersive 3-day workshops, this journey unfolds slowly, deliberately and in rhythm with the psyche.

Weekly Classes
A weekly drop-in space for women to reconnect with inner knowing through the symbolic language of Sandplay. Guided with care and attunement, these sessions support embodiment, regulation and sovereignty. Allowing meaning to unfold organically, rather than being imposed or explained. Come once, or return weekly, each session stands on its own. Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 women to ensure a spacious, attuned and well-held experience for each participant.

Depth Psychotherapy
Enter a gentle, depth-based therapeutic process that unfolds over a series of sessions. Through the creation of sand images, the psyche is given space to organise, integrate and reveal what is ready to emerge.
